HAPPY SPOOKY SEASON!
President's Message
Greetings Fellow Rotarians,

Another fantastic week in the MdR Rotary community! Just a few housekeeping items before all of the great things to share:
  1. Club Meeting Fees: We want to make sure everyone is aware that our club meeting fees not only cover the cost of the food, but also the room rental, staffing, and parking permits, which provides us the opportunity to call SMWYC home.
  2. Happy Bucks: Are optional and go into our general operating fund which allows us to offer our Keynote speakers and VIP guests a free meal when they attend meetings, decorations when needed, member reimbursements, new member pins and materials, marketing merch, etc.
  3. Rotary Works Application: For any member who would like to organize a project, fundraiser, campaign, donation drive, etc. Please fill out this short form at least 45 Days prior to your desired date.
    • Why 45 days? This provides the Board 10 days to ask follow up questions, review, and approve in order to provide a minimum 30 days before the event date.
    • Submissions are highly encouraged to be submitted as sooner than later.
    • See the link below!
