oin the Rotary Club of Marina del Rey for our October club meeting at Del Rey Yacht Club.
Our featured speaker is Jeffrey Prang, Los Angeles County Assessor. The Assessor's office touches every property owner in the county, and most of us have never had the chance to ask how it actually works. Assessor Prang will walk us through what his office does, how property assessments are determined, and what is changing for owners across Los Angeles County. Bring your questions — if you own property, manage it, or advise anyone who does, this is an evening worth attending.
Opening the evening, Carl and Tara Eaton, Directors of OC-Not Just Tourists, join us for a ten-minute talk on their work delivering medical supplies to clinics around the world. Hosted by our International Service Director, Claire Date.
Social hour begins at 5:30 p.m. and the meeting is called to order at 6:00 p.m. Dinner is served. Guests are always welcome — bring a friend.
